Employee: Any gender, 30-45, any ethnicity. Timid character, very good at their job, prone to anxiety attacks, tries not to be noticed.

Boss: Any gender, 30-45, any ethnicity. Results-focused, authoritative multi-tasker, frequently texting while talking.
